We only exchange items if they are received defective or damaged and after immediate intimation (within 24hrs of delivery) on the receipt of the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Hello@thepurpleturtles.com
Shipping
The products are typically dispatched within 3-5 Working days of order confirmation depending on your destination,incase the product is unavailable we take 1-2 weeks to source the same. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same.
