• We work on a no return and refund policy for all items.
  • Only exception being, if the product is received damaged and the same is brought to our notice within 48 hrs, along with supporting images of the damaged good.
  • If 48 hrs have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To return your product you need to opt any of the 2 options below:
  • 1. Note: Receipt of courier to be shared for reimbursement which should not exceed more than 15% of the product value or
  • 2. We will provide you return shipping label which needs to be attached to the return package. So that we can arrange the return pickup for the same.
  • The products are typically dispatched within 4-5 Working days of order confirmation depending on your destination, incase the product is unavailable we take 2-3 weeks to source the same. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same.
  • Order can be cancelled within 12 hour from the time of order placed, Beyond that cancellation is not accepted.
