Returns

– We work on a no return and refund policy for all items.
– Only exception being, if the product is received damaged and the same is brought to our notice within 48hrs, along with – supporting images of the damaged good.
– If 24 hrs have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product you need to opt any of the 2 options below:

Note: Receipt of courier to be shared for reimbursement which should not exceed more than 15% of the product value
2. We will provide you return shipping label which needs to be attached to the return package. So that we can arrange the return pickup for the same.

Delivery
– We only exchange items if they are received defective or damaged and after immediate intimation (within 48hrs of delivery) on the receipt of the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@homeupdecor.com
Delivery and Shipping
-The products are typically dispatched within 3 to 5 Working days of order confirmation depending on your destination, incase the product is unavailable we take 1 to 2 weeks to source the same. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same.
